For an auto detailing business, I would expect attention to detail to be the highest priority. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. When my vehicle was returned, it was obvious that very little effort had gone into the “Diamond Package” service. My car was only mildly messy when I dropped it off, and because I don’t have children or large pets and rarely have passengers in my back seat, I was surprised to find a package of baby wipes left there after the detailing. The interior also appeared to have been rushed. The floor mats were not put back into place after being removed, the vacuuming was minimal, my cup holders still had a sticky residue in the bottom, and there were even greasy paper towels stuffed between the seats when I got my car back. The exterior was equally disappointing. My tires were left looking greasy rather than clean and dressed, and they certainly didn’t have the finished appearance I would expect from a professional detailing service. On top of that, the waiting area felt muggy and unkempt. I genuinely try to support local businesses whenever I can, but when the customer experience reflects the same lack of care as the service itself, it’s difficult to j

Visited Broadway Hand Car Wash in Tempe on May 13, 2026. I exited the property at approximately 11:37 AM and noticed my side mirror assembly had been damaged immediately after leaving. I returned within only a few minutes and requested that they review the camera footage from the timeframe to verify the timing and condition of the vehicle. I was told they would not assist because I had technically “left the property,” despite returning almost immediately. Phone records support the short timeframe between leaving and returning. I also requested that the footage be reviewed, which was declined. I have documented photos of the damage and am now paying $396 out of pocket for the repair. I was not asking for anything unreasonable — only that the business review the footage and work toward a fair resolution regarding damage that occurred during service

I had not been to this place in years, but I happened to drive by and pulled in. They hand-washed my 2018 Lexus 350 rx and did a great job. They were very nice, so I asked them about detailing my 2006 Tundra truck. I had just had it painted and wanted to really have a nice detail done on the interior, wheels, wells, and so forth. The owner looked it over, listened to what I wanted, and gave me a price. Ouch! But it was about what I had paid another company in the past. Jeff (the owner) assured me that his workers had been there for many years and do good work and that he had owned the business for more than 30 years. He explained that this was his guys' specialty: detailing, shampooing carpets, and upholstery. I shook his hand and took an Uber home and came back at 5:00. I could not stop smiling! The interior looked like new! Everything was wiped with a treatment. They did the interior of the console, the glovebox, and behind the fold-down seats and all the door pockets! Carpets and upholstery looked nice and fresh. They had cleaned and painted my wheel wells. With the new paint job, it was a new truck with 204,000 miles on it—all put on by me! I still can't believe how good a job
